Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Cubby.care, we strive to be transparent about our billing practices. Please review our policies regarding cancellations and refunds below.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Tenant Settings dashboard. Cancellation is simple and no questions will be asked.

2. No Partial Refunds

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. If you choose to cancel your subscription during a billing cycle, you will retain full access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days or partial months.

3. Effect of Cancellation

Upon the conclusion of your current billing period (the date your next payment would have been due), your account will be deactivated, and you will not be charged again. Your data will be preserved in accordance with our retention policy should you choose to reactivate in the future.
